The encapsulation transforms the water into a static, inaccessible object, alluding to the increasing regulation of essential resources. Mounted on plates resembling pharmaceutical packaging, these pieces present a paradox: what should be an inalienable right becomes a controlled dose. The color of each capsule suggests a choice, but what does it mean to decide when access has already been conditioned?
